Delivery & Returns Information

  • All prices on this website are listed in Euros (€), as the business is based in the European Union.

    Payments are currently processed securely via PayPal. Customers can pay using their PayPal account or, in most cases, via debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout without needing to create an account.

    PayPal does not charge buyers a fee for standard transactions. However, additional charges may apply if a currency conversion is required, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

  • Once you place your order you are confirming that the billing and shipping address you provide are accurate.  We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.

    Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order is ready, it is dispatched via An Post. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. For international orders, please note that delivery times can be longer and may vary by destination.

    Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply to international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

  • We hope you love your handmade piece, but if something isn’t quite right, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    Returns timeframe

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    1. Be unused and in their original condition

    2. Be returned in the original packaging where possible

    How to request a return

    To begin the process, please email feltingbee@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item(s).
    Once the return is approved, items must be posted back within 7 days.

    Return shipping

    Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) arrives damaged or incorrect.
    Items remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received

    Refunds
    Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the following before getting in touch:

    • Confirm that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

    • Check with your local postal service in case your parcel is being held for collection.

    • Ask neighbours or household members in case it was received on your behalf.

    If everything looks correct and your order still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch at feltingbee@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you as soon as possible.

    If you believe your parcel may be lost in transit, please email as soon as possible so this can be investigated with the postal service.

    Please note that once delivery has been confirmed, Felting Bee cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We take great care in packaging each handmade piece, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at feltingbee@gmail.com.

    When getting in touch, please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item and its packaging so we can assess the issue quickly. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible via feltingbee@gmail.com.

    Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may request a return once it has been delivered.
